If you'd like to delete your account and remove all associated personal data from the Pensia app, you can request it easily by email.

📩 How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email to:
safe.abroad100@gmail.com

Make sure to include the following details:

  • Subject: Request to delete my Passporti account

  • In the email body:

    • Your full name (as used in the app)

    • Approximate date of account creation (if known)

    • Reason for deletion (optional, but appreciated)

🔒 Privacy & Data Security

Once we verify your request, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted within 14 business days, in accordance with our privacy policy and data protection regulations.
